Procedure for making a return

Contact FAE
(Commercial Administration) in the
93 261 85 00 or at incidencesfae@fae.es. They will provide you with a return number and a document to complete.

Ship the part
to the FAE warehouse attaching the document, postage paid.
Devolution conditions
These conditions are applicable from September 1, 2019
01. A form must be filled out for each return.
02. Several returns can be sent together in the same shipment, but each return must carry its individual document.
03. Returns will not be accepted without the corresponding document and return number.
04. Returns will not be accepted without the corresponding part.
05. No part will be accepted for return without the prior authorization of FAE, it will be automatically rejected upon receipt of our warehouse.
06. Returns that arrive with the material in good condition and without handling, with its corresponding packaging and, in the case of the bagged piece, that is unopened, will only be accepted.
07. Returns will only be accepted for parts for which the corresponding return has been requested within a maximum period of 7 days from the issuance of the delivery note.
08. Claims that are outside the indicated period will not be accepted.
