Welcome to our new WEB

FAE renews the corporate image with the launch of its new web

• Renewal responds to a current and modern graphic line
• Practical and simple, visual and attractive navigation to offer an improved experience to our clients

With the new web we continue to enhance our presence and digital image. We can quickly access the information of our products, as well as the news of the company that we announce.

Roc Marro, Communication Manager and third generation under the command of FAE he comments: “This evolution of the website responds to the company’s need to externalize the innovation and technology of its products. We leave behind the 70th anniversary, to face an exciting future and many challenges in the coming years. ”

The renovation of the web, more agile and dynamic has focused on improving user navigation experience and facilitating access to information. A structure that equals IAM and OEM and where our products can continue to consult and download the available catalogs.

We incorporate a new section for the competition, showing the success cases in which FAE works permanently, as a more recent example, the third participation of the FAE-TEAM77.

All navigation experience is implemented to be responsive, so that from any device we can agilely access the information we want to consult.

FAE has returned to the Dakar rally for the third time

FAE returned to the Dakar Rally for the third time, this year as the main sponsor of FAE-TEAM 77 and its driver Pep Mas.

In 2022, we passed up the chance to take part, in order to better prepare for 2023. This year, we had a driver in better physical shape, a new motorbike – the 2021- edition Husqvarna 450 Rally Replica – and the experience of finishing 69th in the 2020 rally.

In the run-up to the race, at the Sea Camp in Al-Ula, we carried out administrative and technical checks and adjusted navigation and system settings. During the prologue stage, the safety airbag triggered, causing Pep to fall and injure his shoulder. Ultimately, this would determine our participation.

Visit of the Centre d’estudis Roca by the hand of Recambis Maragall

On Wednesday, February 15, FAE received the visit of the students of Mechanics of the Centre d’estudis Roca by the hand of Recambis Maragall, an important franchise within the Recambis Gaudí group.

After a brief introduction, they went around the FAE facilities in L’Hospitalet, where they could see first hand how many of the products they are studying and riding in class are manufactured.

The visit advanced through the clean room, in which the ceramic sensor that goes inside the oxygen sensor is manufactured. Here they enjoyed working live some of the most modern teams in the factory. Being such a sensitive product, all processes are entrusted to a 100% automation, with robotic arms and artificial vision. After finishing the probe assembly, they saw the rest of the factory, passing through the ESD room where MAP and Differential Pressure Sensors are manufactured. This room is isolated electrostatically to protect the electronic components of the static electricity of the environment and people.

After seeing the three FAE stores, they went up to the Quality laboratory, where they learned the tests to which the pieces are subjected to ensure perfect manufacturing. Among these processes are thermal shock machines, the electronic microscope, capable of giving 40,000 increases and identifying the composition of the X -rays. This machine allows you to see the interior of the pieces without having to open them and ensure that all components internal are in perfect condition.

In the conclusion of the visit, the students said that they no longer saw the pieces with the same eyes and that they understood all the engineering, the manufacturing processes and the work that each of them implies.

On the part of FAE we are delighted to have been able to teach the new generations both the high -tech machinery used to manufacture our extensive range of products, and the human team that works in our facilities.

We wish you all very luck!
